I am the owner & director of a small family business in Central Europe. Indian in birth and outlook, I do not believe in social security and big governments. I believe that a stropng social security system is the root cause of the freeloader problem I see in Europe today (especially EU). I am old fashioned when it comes to business and hold strong convictions in command and control, being unreasonable on performance. No, the new theories of companies focusing on customers do not generate any warm and fuzzy feeling in me.
